Instead of Pepsi Light, the saleswoman mixed Pepsi with mineral water for me. She doesn't simply ask if I would like to drink something else! Customer service = 0 !!!! I definitely won't go to the wooden spoon anymore!

McDonalds in yummy! Unbeatable hot curry sauce, delicious sausage and the fried chicken are ok too.

So usually I am absolutely not a fan of negative reviews, but what I got served was the worst curry sausage I ate. Only the sausage, the sauce was okay, the french fries too, so the fryer did a great job. But the sausage was not edible so it was really crispy on the outside and the inside was nice and watery like liver sausage and I wanted to explain it to the seller, but there was just no comment, so here my comment about it, thank you for nothing and god be there directly across the street a doner kebab

No mouth and nose covering behind the counter. Guests walk in and out several times without mouth and nose protection. No hints or admonitions from the staff who don't take it too seriously. Personnel walks through the guest room several times with tabs without protection. Only a single acrylic sheet as a spit guard where the staff speaks and serves around the outside. NO-GO! Food is good but the atmosphere in the shop is very bad. Manager yells at the employees in the middle of the store and throws insults into the room. Very uncomfortable for me. Even if the food tasted there, I would not come back.

The chef of the fast food restaurant is very friendly, builds relationships with customers and definitely has a sense of humor! You really like to eat there and you feel very welcome!

Still at the same location in Bruchsal for 40 years. Quality pays off. Although portions get smaller over time, quality is still very high.

French fries are too thin and dry, half of the fries cannot be chewed. The burgers ... well ... the meat is ultra thin, containing more breadcrumbs than meat. The chickens are good for 1 star.

Super shop, friendly service, as fast as possible ... and always (almost) good food! Prices are acceptable ... I am very pleased!

Never again!!!!! Sunday 5.1.2020 at 1.30 p.m. I bought 3 half chickens to take away. Arrived at home and opened the bag full of expectation and then the disappointment. Completely dried chicken, the skin partly black, the meat a hard crust. In short, inedible. My reproach: Qualified personnel are not allowed to sell chicken in such poor condition.

In the meantime, wooden spoons can really be totally forgotten. The food was better in the past and the waiters were a lot friendlier. Where the food was a lot better than the service ... The girls in there have definitely missed the job, friendliness currently zero!

Finally had a snack with a wooden spoon again. Unfortunately there aren't many branches left, although in my opinion the price and quality are perfectly consistent. The only drawback are the sauces with the chicken nuggets, the sweet and sour sauce is a mango sauce and doesn't really go with the nuggets. Better to take the curry sauce, it's delicious. French fries are great, also in terms of seasoning.
